Tips of exercises to reduce weight

1. The women can do physical labour through house/household works and Yoga or Asanas (Yoga exercises). This benefit is, or can be, easily available/accessible by reducing the dependence on servants.


2. Walking/roaming around or brisk-walking can be convenient for everybody. By walking somewhat far away in open air in the morning, the mind becomes cheerful, the body becomes healthy, and the soul gains purity. It is necessary to deeply inhale and exhale while walking around.


3. Yoga exercises are also convenient to all.


4. The old-aged persons can take advantage of exercise by walking around and gardening work.


5. Those who cannot take-out any spare time at all and are extremely busy, can also boost their energy by only standing considerable amount of time during the day or by having less amount of sleep.


6. Regularity is unavoidable in the exercise: only by maintaining regularity, the exercise becomes effective, and the weight reduces. Do not allow any day without doing through the exercise. Do not get yourself under control/subdue of idleness tendency.

# One of the main reasons of obesity is the lack of physical labour or exercise.
# Every person can do exercise that he/she feels is convenient to him/her.
# The opinion of experts is that the obese person should not eat for more than 3 times.
# To get relief from the suffering due to hunger, one can also drink warm water having lemon juice in it.
# It is essential to take the evening meal early. After an hour of the evening meal, walk for about 1 – ½ (one to one and a half) miles.
# Those who do not exercise (or are not doing it) should walk for 1 ½ (one and a half) miles even in the early morning.
